David Grzelak, Non Executive Director

Mr. Grzelak serves as Chairman and CEO of Komatsu America Corporation
and previously held a number of positions within General Electric’s Transportation Systems Division over a period of almost 20 years. Mr. Grzelak has been appointed to the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and the Environment, Health and Safety Committee.
